2025 Autumn Winery Walk

The Autumn Winery Walk is a popular gathering on the Mornington Peninsula, offering a scenic 10-kilometre trek from Red Hill to Merricks. Participants enjoy tastings of local wines and delicious food along a historic rail trail.

This event occurs regardless of weather conditions, so proper attire, including warm coats and sturdy footwear, is recommended.

This year, attendees will meet inside the Red Hill Recreation Reserve, with the first group departing at 8 AM. It is advised to arrive early for parking and check-in.

The trail begins with a visit to Lindenderry, where guests can savor new wine releases paired with a light appetizer. The journey then continues to the Epicurean for a refreshing taste of Foxey's Sparkling, followed by the picturesque rail trail leading to Paringa Estate, renowned for its outstanding food and wine in the vineyard. The walk proceeds to Stonier and culminates at Merricks Store, offering a hearty lunch and tastings from Baillieu & Elgee Park.

A bus service will return participants to the Red Hill Recreation Reserve after lunch.

Dietary Requirements: Only Vegetarian and Gluten Free options can be accommodated due to the nature of the event. Guests should inform the organizers about any dietary restrictions at the time of booking or via email.
