The project “Sustainable Production” by the Federal Association of Independent Performing Arts aims to create a catalog of measures for a commitment to sustainable production. This initiative is being developed in close collaboration with individuals from the independent performing arts sector. Following a productive initial roundtable discussion where various measures were addressed, participants are now invited to provide final feedback on the content and design of the catalog. The organizers hope to encourage a large number of participants to commit to this initiative.

The registration deadline is April 21, 2025.

Accessibility Note:

The session will be conducted in German spoken language.
If necessary, efforts will be made to provide translation into German sign language.

The venue is accessible.
The session will take place in the wedding hall of Sophiensaele on the 3rd floor.
This hall can be accessed via two staircases and an elevator. A barrier-free toilet (entrance door with 1 m width) is available on the first floor and can be reached via the elevator.

To accommodate additional accessibility needs, participants are requested to communicate these by March 16, 2025 using the registration form.

For self-employed individuals not representing an institution, a compensation of 150 euros will be offered. In certain cases, travel and accommodation costs** may be covered. Please indicate when registering if this applies to you and provide a brief proof, such as your website, through the registration form.

(**Travel costs will be reimbursed based on the Federal Travel Expenses Act, covering the costs for train travel in 2nd class or a mileage allowance of 0.20 euros per kilometer driven with a private vehicle, up to a maximum of 120 euros. Combining business travel with a private trip is possible if it is within 5 days before or after the business trip and linked to it.)

Due to a limited number of participants, the organizers reserve the right to allocate available spots based on areas of expertise, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives is represented.
