Participants will explore the impacts of stress physiology and tension patterns on health and brain function, as well as strategies to enhance healing, recovery, and deep relaxation. They will gain an understanding of the relaxation reflex and learn methods to train it.
Through exercises and practical examples combined with theoretical insights into brain function and the autonomic nervous system, attendees will be equipped with tools for personal healing. The importance of a well-functioning vagus nerve, based on Polyvagal theory, will be highlighted, along with signs of both imbalance and balance within the nervous system.
