The event welcomes anyone interested in facilitation, regardless of their experience level or whether they facilitate part-time or full-time.

What to Anticipate in 2025

The 2025 programme will include discussions around anti-racist practices relevant to facilitators.

Pre-Conference Training Opportunities

On the day prior to the conference, various facilitation training courses will be available for an additional fee, providing further opportunities for skill enhancement.

HOW - Balancing Evolution in Facilitation

WHO - Understanding Participants in Facilitation

Conversations around equity, diversity, and inclusion will be central as participation continues to diversify. This section poses questions regarding power dynamics and awareness of biases.

WHY - The Significance of Facilitation

This theme contemplates the impact of facilitation and why it is a vital tool for enacting change.

Anti-Racist Practices in Facilitation

As part of the IAF Chapter's commitment to anti-racist practices, collaboration is encouraged to incorporate these essential discussions into session offerings for the conference.

Call for Session Proposals

Individuals interested in leading a session can express their interest through a provided form by the deadline. The organizing team values a mix of experiences, welcoming both seasoned facilitators and newcomers.

  • Early Bird Day Ticket: £110
  • Full Conference (2 days): £220
  • Single Day Ticket: £150
