Program Summary
Day One: Fundamental Program
Participants will learn the foundational aspects of the methodology. This training introduces the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool, covering various aspects including flow theory, setting the play field rules, etiquette, pitfalls to avoid, and numerous applications across different scenarios, which will facilitate a hand-brain connection. Theory blends with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day guides participants through the process of exploring individual identity, personalizing the tool for various workshops or processes, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The third day of the program will help participants understand how to employ LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to recreate 3D models that illustrate complex environments where elements such as teams and projects interact in real-time. Participants will learn to design their workshops for optimal execution.
