Reasons to participate:
The UCL Cancer Symposium is complimentary and gathers cancer researchers from various fields and levels, providing an excellent opportunity to network and connect with peers beyond individual specialties. The symposium will feature presentations from some of the top cancer researchers globally, offering insights into innovative methodologies and advancements in cancer research. It welcomes attendees interested in any aspect of cancer and cancer research, including UCL researchers, students, postdoctoral scholars, and associates, as well as those from UCL's partner organizations and other academic institutions. Participants are advised to register using institutional or affiliated email addresses.
For those under 18, it is required to be accompanied by an adult.
The UCL Cancer Domain Early Careers Network invites early career researchers from all disciplines at UCL to submit abstracts for poster presentations related to cancer research. Topics can encompass fundamental, translational, clinical, and population research, including engineering, imaging, computation, and social sciences.
This opportunity allows researchers to display their work, inspire others, and network widely. Due to limited space, not all abstracts may be selected for presentation. A cash prize will be awarded for the best poster, aimed at a general audience.
To participate, registration with the 'Abstract/poster submission and in-person ticket' is necessary.
The submission deadline is Monday, 17 March, at 1pm.
