Join the Startup Refugees Business Breakfast on April 24th, 2025, from 09:00 to 11:00 at Kulttuuritalo. This gathering provides an opportunity for network members, both new and seasoned, to engage and exchange ideas focused on workplace well-being while enjoying delicious food and coffee.

The keynote address by PhD. Shadia Rask will highlight the importance of creating a language-aware and inclusive work environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can prosper. Elisa Vepsäläinen, the CEO of Silkkitie, an international recruitment company, will share valuable strategies for managing diverse teams and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for international talents. Additionally, Salla from Startup Refugees will facilitate a discussion featuring international professionals Saemeh Salehi, a Cost Cycle Specialist, and Ismail Otsmane, a UI/UX designer, who will share insights on team diversity and fostering belonging among team members.

The event will include informal networking opportunities, complemented by Algerian cuisine prepared by Dziri & Iness Belleili.
