This is a comprehensive one-day course designed to teach participants the art of food and wine pairing techniques.
Attendees will learn about wine tasting, focusing on the sensations experienced in the mouth, followed by a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application in pairing food with wine.
Participants will gain insights into selecting the perfect wine to complement their meals!
A light lunch will be provided, featuring the food paired with the wines.
During the course, a selection of at least 7 wines will be showcased and paired with various food items.
The duration of the course is 6 hours, which includes a half-hour break for lunch.
