HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled date will incur a 6% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 14 and 3 days will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

NO SHOW: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, cancellations will be rescheduled to the following day, unless alternate arrangements are made by the Concierge.
