The Red Hot Cyber Conference is a free annual gathering organized by the RHC community, set to take place in Rome, on May 8th and 9th, 2025 at Teatro Italia, located on Via Bari, 18 00161 Rome.

This registration allows free participation in the May 8th activities, which include the following initiatives:

📌Thursday, May 8 – Hands-on Workshops: Starting at 11:30 AM, practical workshops will commence (registration begins at 11:00 AM) featuring a hands-on approach. Participants will explore crucial topics like ethical hacking and artificial intelligence during these interactive sessions. Attendees should bring their laptops to engage in exercises supervised by experts. The workshop day will conclude on the evening of May 8th. Unlike previous editions, no workshops will be offered during the conference on May 9th, and specific registration is required.

📌Thursday, May 8 – Capture The Flag (CTF): The third Capture The Flag (CTF) competition will start on May 8th at 3:00 PM and will end on Friday, May 9th at 5:00 PM. This hacking competition will take place both online and onsite at Teatro Italia, where participants will have a designated area to compete. Those present at Teatro Italia can also participate in special challenges called "physical flags," which are designed for local RF/IoT attacks, offering opportunities to earn bonus points to climb the leaderboard. Registration is mandatory for all participants engaging in the "physical flags" that will be held at the theater on May 8th.

The location is approximately:

• 2 km from Termini Station or La Sapienza University, accessible via a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute taxi ride;
• 600 meters from Piazza Bologna Metro B station, reachable by a 6-minute walk or a 3-minute taxi ride.

Sponsorship Program

As in 2024, there is an opportunity for participation as a "supporting sponsor." These will be the first companies believing in this initiative, enabling Red Hot Cyber to commence conference preparations. Additionally, one of these sponsors may also participate in the “Workshop Sponsorship,” which allows the sponsor to play a crucial role in organizing activities for Thursday, May 8, dedicated to Workshops. The hands-on workshops will engage young people with technology.

As usual, the 3 levels of sponsorship will be available, which are Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Alongside conference sponsorship, an Advertising package will provide sponsors with various benefits within the Red Hot Cyber network.
