WFCU Credit Union Egg Drop

Get ready for a delightful spring celebration at the WFCU Credit Union Egg Drop!

This exciting event will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, in collaboration with the Town of LaSalle. Families from Windsor-Essex are invited to witness the thrilling drop of 25,000 toy eggs from a helicopter!

Children aged 2-10 will have the chance to gather as many colorful toy eggs as they can. These eggs can be exchanged for chocolate treats and other goodies. Special guests will supervise the egg hunt, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Space is limited with only 800 spots available for children. Advance registration is necessary, and spectators of all ages are encouraged to join in the fun.

Check-in for registered participants starts at 10:00 AM and finishes at 11:00 AM. Each child must check in to receive their egg collection bag. Safety is a priority, with the drop conducted by an experienced helicopter pilot following all safety protocols.

Separate age-appropriate egg drops will ensure that every child has an opportunity to enjoy the excitement of collecting eggs. Parents of children aged two to four may assist them, while older kids will gather eggs independently from the sidelines. Clear instructions and a buzzer will signal the start of the fun!

Post-collection, children will visit the WFCU tent to exchange their eggs for exciting treats, with all items being peanut-free. Bags for egg collection will be provided and are to be kept after the event.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be evaluated the week prior, with notifications sent to participants no later than 12 hours before the event.

If registrants cannot attend, they are encouraged to cancel their registration to allow other families the opportunity to participate.
