Recognizing the need for a deeper analysis of FIDIC contracts, the ARBITRI Association is organizing an interactive two-day seminar titled "FIDIC Contracts in Practice: Managing Disputes and Addressing Key Challenges", which will take place on May 15th and 16th, 2025 at the Hotel Europe in Sarajevo. This seminar offers participants an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and gain new insights in this field. The event will feature local and regional experts who will focus on the General Conditions of FIDIC contracts and the best established practices for dispute resolution:

• Armela Ramić, expert in construction law and arbitration law
• Dr. Jovan Nikčević, expert in construction law and arbitration law
• Dušan Arbanovski, certified FIDIC adjudicator and claims manager
• Taner Šan, expert in contracts and claims
