Note: This registration grants participation only for the day of May 9 (Conference). If someone wants to register for the "hands-on" workshops or for the Capture The Flag on May 8, a new reservation must be made for the event on that date.

The Red Hot Cyber Conference is a free annual event organized by the RHC community, taking place in Rome, on May 8 and 9, 2025 at Teatro Italia, Via Bari, 18, 00161 Rome.

This registration allows free participation for the event on May 9.

📌Friday, May 9 – Red Hot Cyber Conference: The day will commence at 9:30 AM (with check-in starting at 9:00 AM) and will be fully dedicated to the RHC Conference, a prominent event in the field of cybersecurity. The schedule includes a panel with institutional guests at the start of the conference. Following this, several interventions by national experts in cybersecurity will take place on stage until approximately 7:00 PM, when the sessions will conclude. Before the conference ends, the winners of the Capture The Flag will be announced at 6:00 PM.

A Light Lunch will be offered inside Teatro Italia for the first 200 attendees who check in on the morning of the conference.

Please note that workshops will not be available on this day, but only on May 8.

How to reach Teatro Italia

The location is approximately:

• 2 km from Termini Station or La Sapienza University, reachable by a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute taxi ride;
• 600 meters from the Metro B station at Piazza Bologna, accessible by a 6-minute walk or a 3-minute taxi ride.

Sponsor Program

Similar to 2024, there will be an opportunity to join as a “supporting sponsor.” These are the first companies that will back this initiative and allow Red Hot Cyber to commence conference preparations. Additionally, one of these can opt for “Workshop Sponsorship,” enabling the sponsor to play a significant role in the event and collaborate closely with Red Hot Cyber to organize the activities on Thursday, May 8, dedicated to the workshops. These “hands-on” workshops will help engage young participants with technology.

As is customary, there will be 3 levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Alongside conference sponsorship, an Advertising package will be available to provide a range of benefits within the Red Hot Cyber framework.
