After three years since his last visit to Brazil, attendees are invited to a rare weekend with Mingyur Rinpoche! This will be Rinpoche's first teaching in Brazil.
Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) is a new method created by Mingyur Rinpoche that aims to make meditation practice accessible and transformative. He will demonstrate that happiness does not require us to change, but rather to uncover what already exists within us.
This two-day workshop is a unique opportunity to receive meditation instructions directly from one of the greatest teachers of our time. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of meditation and how to handle emotions, relationships, and everyday life situations.
“Joy is not the absence of suffering, challenges, or anything else. Living with joy means developing a sense of inner well-being that allows us to embrace everything that the present moment offers.”
— Mingyur Rinpoche
The Anytime Anywhere Meditation method debunks the myth that meditation is rigid or tied to elevated and unattainable mental states. Participants will discover that compassion is natural, wisdom is simple, and awareness is always present.
This workshop provides practical guidance on integrating meditation into daily life — at any time, in any place, with anything. It is ideal for those who consider themselves busy and short on time.
In this program, attendees will learn:
June 28 and 29 (Saturday and Sunday)
Rua São Joaquim 460, 2nd floor, Liberdade, São Paulo, SP (5 minutes walk from São Joaquim subway station)
R$ 900. 30% discount for registrations by March 21: R$ 630 (installment available on credit card). The contribution covers expenses related to the workshop and the travel of Rinpoche and the lamas to Brazil.
Participants are encouraged to arrive a day early as Mingyur Rinpoche will offer a teaching on death and the bardo on Friday, June 27, at 7 PM at the Chagdud Gonpa Odsal Ling temple. Registration will open soon.
Also, plan to return the next day, if possible, as the Sunday workshop is expected to conclude around 7 PM.
Those who have attended the in-person retreat of the Path of Liberation Level 2 (Mind and Emptiness), whether in Brazil in 2018, 2019, or 2022, or elsewhere, are invited to register for a package that includes both days of the AAM along with a special teaching by Mingyur Rinpoche the following day to refresh and deepen the practice of the nature of mind.
Born in 1975 in Nubri, Nepal, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is an emerging star of a new generation of Tibetan Buddhism masters. Renowned for his simplicity, sense of humor, and interest in science, he has helped millions discover the benefits of meditation.
His rare ability to teach the essence of ancient practices and his candid, humorous accounts of his own challenges, such as childhood panic attacks, have won him students from all over the world, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist.
Rinpoche is the author of The Joy of Living: Unlocking the Secret and Science of Happiness, In Love with the World: A Monk's Journey Through the Bardos of Living and Dying, Transforming Confusion into Clarity: A Guide to the Fundamental Practices of Tibetan Buddhism, and Joyful Wisdom: Embracing Change and Finding Freedom.

Many participants are expected to benefit from Mingyur Rinpoche's presence in Brazil!
This workshop is open to the general public. While rooted in the ancient tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, the taught practices are completely accessible, allowing everyone to leave with confidence on how and when to practice anywhere.
What are the program times? The schedule is still being defined but is expected to include: 1 PM: Check-in (only on Saturday); 2 PM to 7 PM: Teachings and Practice with Mingyur Rinpoche and Tergar instructors (with brief breaks, Saturday and Sunday).
Is the photo of the Rinpoche with the rainbow edited? No! It was taken by Bema Orser Dorje in Taiwan. It happened just like that, without any editing or effects!
What is the refund policy? In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing participation, a refund will be provided up to one week before the workshop (minus a processing fee). After this date, attendees may gift the workshop to someone else by emailing tergarbrasil@tergar.org.
