GUIDELINES

  • This Ecstatic Dance session is a non-verbal space, encouraging participants to refrain from speaking to delve deeper into their experience.
  • Attendees should dance barefoot, with soft shoes allowed for medical needs.
  • This is a mindfulness practice, and no intoxicants are permitted before or during the session.
  • Cell phones should be kept away (either off or on silent). Photography and filming are not allowed, although there may be a professional photographer present at times.
  • If someone wishes to dance together, it is important to obtain consent first, for example, through eye contact. To gracefully decline or end a dance, participants can bring their hands together in a namaste gesture.


CONTRIBUTION

Entry ranges from €30 to €40 at the door, allowing participants to choose an amount within that range that feels appropriate to them.

What should participants bring?

Attendees should come dressed comfortably and bring a large water bottle, as there is a filtered water dispenser available for refills.

What is the dress code?

Light, comfortable clothing is recommended as the environment can become warm. Changing clothes is advisable, as shirtless dancing is not permitted.

Will food and beverages be available?

Yes, delicious plant-based meals, snacks, and juices are offered at the venue to maintain energy levels during the event.
