Are you looking to take a few days to actively explore your sexuality? Do you want to gain a deeper understanding of your own sexual needs and, importantly, learn to communicate them more openly? Perhaps you miss the opportunity to connect with other women and find it challenging to discuss sexuality openly? When was the last time you were in a women's group that radiated genuine support and a strong sense of "sisterhood"?

Through her experience as a sex worker, the organizer has shed much of the shame and taboos surrounding discussions about sexuality. Through her podcast, listeners can appreciate the value of sharing experiences with women from all walks of life. This retreat aims to create a welcoming space for women to gather.

Who is this Sexuality Retreat for?

No need to conform to beauty standards or fit into specific categories. Participants do not need to be sexually experienced or even particularly interested in sex. Age is irrelevant. This isn’t a sexual party; there's no requirement to be attracted to women. Openness to meet and explore sexuality together is key.

This retreat is exclusively for women. It is inclusive for anyone identifying as a woman, regardless of biological characteristics. If you're concerned about how the weekend can be equally valuable for all, the organizer encourages potential participants to reach out beforehand.

Activities will include the opportunity to see and touch one another in a context of mutual respect (without sexual intentions). Alternatives will be provided for every exercise.

Participants will need to take personal responsibility. While the organizer is trained to lead groups and workshops, she is not a therapist.

The Program

The retreat will feature various sessions led by the organizer and her co-facilitator, Judith. There will be input workshops, time for personal exploration, sharing circles, and cozy evenings for any additional activities participants may desire.

Days will begin with yoga, followed by themed workshops in the morning and afternoon. Evening discussions will also be guided, allowing for ongoing conversations. Topics will include personal turn-ons/turn-offs, communication about desires, sensuality, femininity, self-pleasure, and more.

The retreat starts at 4 PM on the first day and concludes by 2 PM on the last day.

Accommodation

Accommodation is at Hof Oberlethe, close to Bremen, where participants can choose shared or private rooms for more privacy. A sauna is also available.

Meals will be plant-based.

Pricing

The retreat price (excluding accommodation) is based on self-assessment and ranges from €300 to €550. Overall costs, including accommodation and meals, will be between €550 and €800.

* To ensure inclusivity, a broader price range facilitates participants in choosing what they can afford. A minimum average price of €380 per person is needed to make the retreat financially viable.
