Experience the joy of traditional cooking techniques with a focus on plant-based recipes guided by skilled chefs, culminating in a delightful pasta feast!

This workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn:

  • How to create 3 varieties of fresh plant-based pasta at home – Participants will craft cavatelli, pici, and culurgiones, each complemented by easy-to-make sauces.
  • Historical insights into the dishes - Stories about their origins and insights into plant-based culinary practices will be shared.
  • Ways to personalize pastas and sauces – Participants will gain knowledge on ingredient selection, flavor adjustments, and cooking techniques for pasta making.


Included in the workshop:

  • Hands-on assistance for preparing the pasta and sauces.
  • A zine containing all recipes, along with a PDF version.
  • A dinner featuring wine, copious amounts of pasta, and enjoyable music.
  • An educational and fun experience alongside fellow pasta lovers!

Reasons to join this workshop:
This experience transcends a typical cooking class – attendees can explore “coincidentally vegan” Italian pasta dishes while enjoying a well-deserved meal complete with drinks from the bar. The cozy atmosphere of the Moos space makes it an ideal winter activity!
