Is it mandatory to reserve a time slot? It is recommended to reserve a time to ensure priority access in case of queueing at the sale. This system also helps us estimate visitor numbers and optimize our plant selection to combat waste!

How to choose the right plant? In addition to QR codes available for guidance, plants are categorized by skill level and characteristics: beginner plants, hardy varieties, shade plants for dim spaces, or bright light options, and pet-friendly varieties. The Green Team's advice? Choose plants not only for their appearance but mainly based on your experience and environment. If you are a beginner, opt for beginner-friendly or hardy plants; if your space is dim, consider shade plants!

Where do the plants come from? Currently, domestic production of indoor plants in France is limited. We source from European neighbors who are committed to environmentally friendly practices (certified MPS or organic), ensuring careful consideration of their chemical inputs and water and electricity consumption.
