Navjit Kaur is an accomplished yoga teacher and the founder of the renowned Yoga & Tea Studio located in Ottawa's Carp Village since 2008. With roots in India and having lived her entire life in Canada, her over 20 years of experience in yoga has allowed her to integrate Eastern and Western teachings into her practice. Balancing her roles as a mother, wife, Professional Engineer, and entrepreneur, she is passionate about sharing timeless yoga philosophies and techniques, which she effectively relates to contemporary challenges such as stress, health, and relationships. Teaching since 2005, Navjit is dedicated to training aspiring yoga instructors as well, making her classes accessible and tailored to individual challenges and growth.
