This intimate sound bath experience is designed to help participants release the energies of the past year, align with their highest selves, and elevate their vibrations for the upcoming year.
As participants are enveloped by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments, they will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance. This sound bath offers a serene environment perfect for reflection, renewal, and personal elevation, whether one is setting intentions or simply seeking tranquility.
Attendees are invited to surrender to the healing frequencies, setting the tone for a harmonious start to the new year and an energized journey ahead!
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where individuals are immersed in sound waves produced by healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice. Unlike typical musical performances, sound baths focus on a blend of resonance and overtones, promoting relaxation and energy balance.
Date: Thursday, January 9, 2025
Time: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM - Attendees are encouraged to arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in.
Regular Price: $35+tax

Location: Nepean (Ottawa), near the intersection of Greenbank and Huntclub. The exact address will be provided after booking.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, small pillow, blanket, eye mask, and comfortable clothing are recommended.
There will be two couch spots available for those who are less mobile and unable to lie on the floor.
