This practice encompasses the teachings of Amrit, Kripalu, and Ashtanga yoga, aiming to foster a conscious awareness and harmonious integration of body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Participants will explore Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga:
Engagement with the Amrit posture sequence, gentle vinyasa flows, and maintaining postures for extended durations.
They will delve into profound levels of body, mind, and spirit through focused practices that involve intention, breath awareness, and conscious integration.
Participants will learn how to balance their nervous system through transitioning from active engagement in postures to a relaxed state, fully experiencing the benefits of each pose.
They will consciously explore their physical and mental limits to alleviate deep-seated tensions and reinvigorate the flow of prana.
This class is suitable for all levels, welcoming those who are new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners. Some prior experience with yoga is encouraged.
