Saskia Laroo is known for creating innovative styles, often referred to as ‘nu jazz’ or ‘swinging body music’. This blend is showcased predominantly through her preferred ensemble, the Saskia Laroo Band, a multicultural group brimming with contemporary sounds while honoring musical traditions. The performance features groovy rhythms, electrifying solos, and lively rap vocals. Her extensive experience across various genres is integral to her artistic approach, as she merges different musical elements into a cohesive concept.
