Stephen Tapp, Chief Economist, Canadian Chamber of Commerce

Stephen Tapp plays a vital role in the Chamber's leadership team, overseeing the Business Data Lab and conducting economic research and analysis. With over two decades of experience in top Canadian economic institutions, Stephen also holds the presidency of the Canadian Association for Business Economics.

Millan Mulraine, Chief Economist, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan

Millan Mulraine has been Ontario Teachers' Chief Economist since 2016, bringing years of expertise from TD Securities. He leads the Global Macro Insights Group at Ontario Teachers' while advocating for diversity and inclusion in the finance sector.

Leslie Preston, Senior Economist & Managing Director, TD

With nearly two decades of experience, Leslie leads a team of economists at TD Economics, delivering comprehensive analyses and economic forecasts. She frequently presents on economic outlooks and engages with the media for commentary.

Moderator: Christine Dobby, Finance Reporter, Bloomberg Canada
