This training focuses on proactive security understanding and essential measures taken in hostile environments before, during, and after missions. It emphasizes the integration of security into mission planning.
The program aims to enhance personnel resilience in dangerous settings by equipping them with the skills to handle critical incidents and traumatic stress. Participants will learn negotiation techniques for humanitarian access with non-state actors, as well as protocols for ambushes, active shooter scenarios, roadblocks, and behaviors at checkpoints. They will also be trained in riot response, landmine prevention, kidnapping situations, armed group attacks, and fire response on-site.
Attendees will develop the capability to function effectively as part of a team, ensuring smooth communication in high-threat situations.
The course will also cover tactical first aid in remote and hostile areas, including the application of TECC and M.A.R.C.H.E protocols. Participants will gain skills to prevent avoidable deaths and enhance the survival chances of the injured, addressing critical issues like massive hemorrhage, open pneumothorax, airway obstructions, severe burns, fractures, and extricating individuals from danger.
