The 21-day course spans from January 25 to February 15, starting at 7:45 PM each evening. Participants are asked to bring their commitment and sincerity for personal growth, resulting in no financial cost associated with the course.
Participants can access the sessions through a Zoom link, effective from January 25 until February 15. Detailed instructions will be shared ahead of the course start date.
If a session is missed, participants will receive assistance to catch up during one-on-one sessions on Sundays. Daily recordings of classes will be available for review on the course website.
Each week of the course will focus on different themes: the first week emphasizes awakening the Kundalini energy and self-awareness, the second week explores spiritual ascent and chakras, and the third week aims at achieving thoughtlessness through meditation.
