DVOBOJ: MARKETING VS. PRODAJA

Info

Marketing vs. Sales - What is more important?

This workshop aims to clarify the distinction between marketing and sales, addressing which one holds more significance and where individuals may excel.

Led by Jaka Oman, participants will engage actively in exploring a crucial area of entrepreneurship. Marketing and sales are often confused, leading many to mistakenly believe they are synonymous. But is that the case?

In reality, each discipline pursues different goals, and professionals in marketing or sales face distinct challenges and queries. The ideal personality profile for a marketer versus a salesperson also varies.

Drawing from Jakas' extensive 15 years of experience and real-life examples, the workshop will cover:

1. Key differences between marketing and sales for better understanding.

2. The main tasks performed by each side to generate concrete ideas for entrepreneurs.

3. Identification of essential personality traits of effective marketers and salespeople, enabling attendees to assess their strengths and find success in their respective roles.

Participants are encouraged to bring something to write with and take notes. Each participant will briefly introduce their line of work at the beginning, and Jaka will actively facilitate discussions throughout the workshop.
