The Acetaia Comunale of Soliera is located in a charming attic space of the Castello Campori, along the staircase leading to the upper floor.
Here, balsamic vinegar made from local grapes undergoes aging in the heart of the production area of this unique product.
The spacious hall houses barrels that contain the precious condiment, which can only be labeled as Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP after a minimum of 12 years of aging.
The Acetaia is managed by the local association Compagnia Balsamica, which promotes this excellence through culinary events, conferences, tastings, and free guided tours.
