After a two-year hiatus, HTE GROUP franchise ALIZES RH is set to host the 4th edition of HR CORNER on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the CRRAE UMOA space starting from 9 AM.
THEME: "HR Director: 50 Key Skills for Success"
The main speaker for this gathering will be Mr. Yannick PLANTE, the author of the book "HR Director: 50 Key Skills for Success", an expert in HR and Management with over 40 years of experience.
Topics that will be discussed during the session include:
o HR as an evolving, complex, and kaleidoscopic function
o The many facets of the HR profession
o Key skills for the HR director: What do we mean by skills?
o Understanding management rules, law, and safety prevention
o Mastering languages: spoken and written French, digital, and foreign languages
o Mastering HR processes, social indicators, and dashboards
o Developing and implementing a skills development plan (annual assessment system, compensation survey, social survey)
o Acting as a Business Partner, Business Developer & People Experience Manager
o Building taxonomies and rules by object identity
o Reversing HR policy in light of marketing and employer branding.
