Guided Meditations: Align body and mind each morning with meditations that promote grounding and mindfulness.
Massages: Experience the art of sacred touch to awaken the senses and deepen the connection with oneself and others.
Hindu-Buddhist Practices: Explore ancient rituals and techniques to open chakras, liberate vital energy, and harmonize masculine and feminine polarities.
Relational Psychology: Engage in interactive workshops to better understand relational patterns and develop authentic, fulfilling connections.
Exploration of Erotypes®: Dive into the exploration of your Erotypes® following Laura Pynson's approach to understand deep desires and learn to express them with love and clarity.
Sharing Circles: Create a space of trust and vulnerability to share experiences and receive support from the group.
Integration through Movement: Use dance and conscious movements to integrate the teachings of Tantra into body and mind.
Surrounding Area Visits: Discover the stunning landscapes surrounding Aterra through nature walks.
Visit to Tamera: A special visit to the research institute for peace through free love, where innovative practices regarding relationships and community will be explored.
PRICES:
Accommodation and meals: 105€/day
Workshop: Pay what you can from 700€ (980€ recommended). For any special arrangements, feel free to reach out.
Travel expenses to reach Lisbon are the participant's responsibility. A meetup in Lisbon is planned for Friday evening or Saturday morning at the latest.
