This program aims to equip Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) working in Aged Residential Care (ARC) and District Nursing (DNs) with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage a syringe driver in their professional setting. A workbook will be sent to participants in advance of the workshop.
Participants must pass a written exam to receive certification.
Workshops will be held onsite at the Nelson Tasman Hospice or at other advertised locations.
Target Audience: Aged Residential Care RN's, District Nurses, and EN's according to their scope of practice.
