Participants are invited to VVOO | Yoga Studio, Wellness Shop, Treatments Seefeld for a transformative workshop focused on guided breathwork and vision board creation. This session aims to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, gain insight, and manifest their aspirations for 2025. Attendees will leave equipped with personal vision boards and valuable tools to inspire a purpose-driven future.
Two expert facilitators will lead the workshop:
Natallia Zaremba, a leader in corporate retreats and organizational wellbeing with over 15 years of experience, integrates breathwork into both her professional and personal endeavors. She emphasizes a holistic approach to wellbeing, covering physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects. Natallia's commitment to storytelling enhances her workshops, adding a cultural depth that resonates with attendees.
Dagmar Matticoli, an artist and master coach, empowers individuals through her creative expertise. With a Master's degree in Fine Arts from the University of the Arts London, Dagmar fosters personal growth by encouraging creativity and bold goal-setting, making significant impacts on participants' lives.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an integrative practice aimed at enhancing wellbeing in daily life, particularly in workplace settings. It involves breathing techniques that positively affect physical, mental, and emotional states.
What to Expect
This immersive journey focuses on self-reconnection, self-love, and compassion. It includes a music-healing meditation combined with visualization and intention-setting, maximizing the breathwork session's transformative powers.
What are Vision Boards?
During the workshop, attendees will create personal vision boards using a variety of materials, which serve as daily reminders of their goals and aspirations.
