Habitar El Cuerpo is a one-day experience focused on psychocorporal and emotional work. The goal is to create a safe, nourishing, and joyful space for individuals to connect with themselves. Participants will engage in practical activities aimed at self-discovery, emotional management, communication, intimacy, and boundaries. Techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, movement, and loving touch will be utilized to enhance personal well-being through joy therapy. This is an opportunity for women to learn and connect, allowing them to affirm their right to live from their essence rather than societal expectations.
JOY THERAPY is a unique method developed by Yania Concepción Vicente, a psychologist and somatic sex educator. Yania provides guidance based on her wisdom to help participants deconstruct limiting beliefs that weigh them down, as well as to identify the internal narratives that hinder their ability to feel deserving of the joys life has to offer. Participants will learn to heal their wounds through joy.
