About the KinArmat Initiative

The KinArmat Initiative, created by Mariam Harutyunyan, addresses significant societal challenges by uniting leaders, including heads of state, ministers, ambassadors, CEOs, and influential thinkers to promote impactful discussions, inspire action, and foster collaboration and change. Through various activities such as the KinArmat Talks, roundtables, podcasts, and conferences, the initiative connects Belgium, the UK, and Armenia to confront urgent global issues and cultivate a more inclusive and cooperative future.


About the launch event

The launch of the prominent KinArmat Talks in Yerevan promises an evening filled with dialogue, connection, and inspiration. This significant gathering will assemble leaders, innovators, and changemakers to exchange ideas, encourage cooperation, and enhance networks.


Attendees will hear from distinguished speakers:

Ambassador De Muynck, the Ambassador of Belgium to Armenia, who will commence the event with insights on the crucial role of cross-border collaboration and community engagement.

Mariam Harutyunyan, the Founder and Managing Director of the KinArmat Initiative, who will share the Initiative’s achievements in Belgium, its recent expansion to Yerevan, and the vision of empowering changemakers through KinArmat Talks.

Mariam Torosyan, the CEO and Founder of SafeYOU, a pioneer in the femtech industry. She will present her motivating story and perspectives on leveraging innovation and technology to enact social change and uplift women globally.

Zaruhi Tonoyan, a representative of UN Women Armenia, who will enhance the dialogue on gender-based violence and share insights into UN Women’s significant contributions in Armenia.


The evening will also provide a unique networking opportunity, allowing local and international leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers to connect in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
