MBS Education for General Practice
In 2025, a team of 11 MBS Education Experts will conduct a series of engaging workshops, both in-person and online, focusing on MBS compliance and billing over two days. This initiative is aimed at improving healthcare quality, affordability, and accessibility for patients while promoting the well-being and financial sustainability of healthcare practitioners.
The workshops cater to both new and experienced general practitioners, providing critical insights into maintaining Medicare compliance, enhancing earnings, and encouraging collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. The program for 2025 will feature pre-recorded videos illustrating the practical use of combination billing with real-life scenarios. Attendees will also benefit from the introduction of AI technology to improve their documentation and coding during consultations.
Practice managers and owners are encouraged to attend, recognizing their vital role in aiding clinicians throughout the Medicare billing journey.
