Your Global Mission is a Christian movement focused on discipling a generation to live out the gospel of the kingdom, aiming to create transformation within society and across nations.
Through a life of PRAYER, the initiative seeks to MOBILIZE and AWAKEN a generation to EQUIP themselves to embody the Culture of the Kingdom of God, thus TRANSFORMING their local contexts and contributing to the global advancement of the Kingdom of God.
OUR FOUNDER
Léo Paiva, the founder of Your Global Mission, is deeply passionate about Jesus and His mission. He inspires Brazilian and Portuguese youth to develop an intense relationship with God and to boldly live out and proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom with spiritual power. Léo began his ministry at the age of 11 by serving his local church, later becoming a missionary with YWAM for nine years. In 2019, he and his wife Munique launched the Your Global Mission initiative focused on youth.
Today, he travels throughout Brazil and other nations preaching the gospel of the kingdom and the power of the Holy Spirit. Known for awakening a generation to cultivate a profound and intense relationship with God, Léo motivates individuals to drive transformation in their respective communities. He is also a senior pastor and conference speaker at Actus Church in Botucatu, São Paulo, where he resides with his wife Munique and their daughter Bella.
OUR YGM LIFE STYLE
Your Global Mission started in 2019, and over the years, several principles that define its essence—lovingly referred to as the YGM Life Style—have been established.
WHAT IS THE SET FIRE SCHOOL?
The Set Fire School is a personal revival and transformation school by Your Global Mission. It offers immersion into a supernatural lifestyle through daily devotion and activation of the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit, providing students with new leadership tools to ignite, influence, and impact society and the environments they inhabit with the transforming power and love of Christ, guiding each participant to fulfill their calling in their generation.
Young people from various parts of Brazil attend YGM HOUSE in Botucatu/SP to be trained and equipped to carry the flame of the kingdom gospel into the world. Through powerful and relevant teachings, students are prepared to embody Christ's character and perform His works to manifest the Culture of the Kingdom of God on earth.
THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR THE SET FIRE SCHOOL CONSISTS OF 3 STAGES
- 1st STAGE: SELECTION PROCESS AND APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT (R$ 150.00)
The application fee of R$ 150.00 covers the expenses incurred by Your Global Mission during the selection process but does not guarantee participation in the Set Fire School. In case of rejection, the application fee will not be refunded.
Participation is not permitted for individuals under the age of 15.
- 2nd STAGE: ANALYSIS OF SELECTION FORMS + INTERVIEW
Upon submission, the form will be reviewed, and applicants will be contacted via WhatsApp to schedule an interview within five business days. Results will be communicated via email within two business days after the interview.
- 3rd STAGE: APPROVAL AND ENROLLMENT
Once approved, participants will receive an email with a link to make full payment for enrollment, along with a link to join the WhatsApp group for accepted participants. The investment covers school days, teaching materials, student kit, accommodation, 3 meals a day, and all expenses for those participating in the local mission trip. Transportation costs will apply for participants traveling from other states.
For those requiring transport to the school, arrangements will be made separately according to a specific schedule.
Enrollment Fee: R$ 1,799.00
The enrollment fee can be paid via credit card in up to 4 installments interest-free or up to 12 installments (with interest), or in full with a 10% discount via PIX or cash. No cash or PIX installment options are available.
NOTICE: APPROVAL DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SLOT. THE APPLICATION FLOW IS MUCH HIGHER THAN THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE SPOTS, SO CONFIRMING A SPOT REQUIRES COMPLETE FEE PAYMENT.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
By accepting these terms and making a payment for the service, the participant agrees that:
- The application fee of R$ 150.00 is non-refundable;
- Your Global Mission commits to not cancel the Set Fire School unless due to force majeure circumstances such as governmental measures;
- In case of cancellation due to force majeure, new dates will be announced as per possibility, and no refunds will be issued;
- Enrollment in the Set Fire School is personal and non-transferable; it cannot be transferred to another individual;
