His professional evolution can be summarized as follows:
• He commenced his career focusing on the negative impacts of poor leadership and unhealthy organizational climates.
• Subsequently, he founded the leadership center at INSEAD, emphasizing proactive strategies for nurturing effective leaders and teams. He introduced transformative programs aimed at CEOs and change agents, both noted for their psychodynamic and systemic frameworks that utilize personal experiences for shared learning.
• Currently, he is recognized as a leadership philosopher, dedicating his time to writing and addressing broader societal issues while remaining attentive to the perils of authoritarian leadership.
