The Mastering Change Club Conference is set to feature Manfred Kets de Vries, a renowned authority in leadership development and organizational change, who is a Professor Emeritus at INSEAD and the originator of the EMC program. His professional evolution can be summarized as follows:

• He commenced his career focusing on the negative impacts of poor leadership and unhealthy organizational climates.

• Subsequently, he founded the leadership center at INSEAD, emphasizing proactive strategies for nurturing effective leaders and teams. He introduced transformative programs aimed at CEOs and change agents, both noted for their psychodynamic and systemic frameworks that utilize personal experiences for shared learning.
