Nonlinear Mixed Effects Modeling Workflows using Pumas

Info

This workshop focuses on the Pumas platform, an advanced tool for pharmacometric modeling and simulation in the field of drug development. Over a span of three days, participants will engage in hands-on activities and gain insights from fundamental to complex subjects, including population pharmacokinetics (PK), bioequivalence, and PKPD modeling. Seasoned experts will support attendees through the intricacies of model development, diagnostics, and data manipulation, while also providing a chance to delve into specialized areas such as absorption modeling, non-Gaussian random effects, and time-to-event analysis.

Additionally, the workshop will introduce DeepPumas, showcasing the combination of machine learning techniques with pharmacometric practices.
