LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an internationally recognized facilitated method that encourages participant engagement through idea generation aimed at organizational improvement. Based on extensive research and studies, this method enables teams to face and manage complex situations in a friendly, enjoyable, and responsible manner.

Program Summary
Day One: Core Program
Participants will learn the fundamental knowledge of the methodology. This training introduces them to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® toolset, covering various tools including flow theory, rules for setting up the play field, etiquette, traps to avoid, and multiple applications in different scenarios that will facilitate the hand-brain connection, blending theory with practice.
Day Two: Teams and Groups
The second day guides participants through the internal and external processes while exploring individual identity and how this tool can be customized for various workshops, including team workshops.
Day Three: Landscape and System Development for Teams and Groups
The third day allows participants to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to recreate 3D models illustrating complex environments where elements such as teams and projects interact, forming real-time play environments. Participants will learn to design their workshops for perfect execution.
