Community Mindfulness Morning & Celebrating Cups
Participants are invited to a serene morning at Cups Canteen with friends and family. The session will focus on movement and mindfulness to help individuals center themselves and set positive intentions for the day. After the activities, attendees can enjoy coffee and delightful treats from Cups, making it an excellent opportunity to connect with the community while indulging in self-care. This gathering promises to be a wonderful celebration of Cups Canteen as they prepare to journey across the country!
