A serene and inviting gathering takes place in the forests of Münchenstein, Baselland, offering nature therapy-focused relaxation, deep rest, storytelling, and friendly conversation, along with an abundance of hot tea.
Participants are encouraged to arrive without specific agendas, creating an afternoon dedicated to enjoying the restorative qualities of the winter forest, embracing silence, tranquility, and a supportive community.

While there is a plan to build a fire for a cozy experience, it is not guaranteed. Participants should be ready for the possibility of coming away with the scent of smoke!
Attendees must be able to navigate uneven and muddy terrain independently.
The minimum age for participants is 14 years.
The program is expected to last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on weather and group preferences.
No shelter or restroom facilities are available.
The program is subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions!
