$100 Initial Deposit per person due ASAP
$100 or more per person - July 1, 2024 - January 1, 2025
All remaining balances due by January 15, 2025 (no exceptions)
POLICIES
- All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- A passport is required for participation.
- Registration must match the name on the passport.
- Each individual is responsible for their own airfare to (MBJ).
- Flight itineraries must be submitted 30 days before departure.
- Failure to submit flight itineraries may result in needing to arrange your own transportation.
- Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance.
- Rates may increase.
- Missing monthly payments may lead to cancellation of reservations without refunds.
- A $50 late fee applies to late payments.
- All trip-related communications will be sent via email; a frequently checked email address is required.
