All sales are final, with one exception:

If the event is postponed to a different date, and the buyer cannot attend.
Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 15 days of the notice.
Refund Details: Refunds will only be given to the original buyer and credited to the original payment method.

Ticket Transfers

Should plans change, transfers to another attendee can be accommodated.

Transfer Process: Transfers need to be managed through the ticketing account by updating the order details.

Ensure that the new attendee’s name and email are updated if applicable. They will receive an email to claim the ticket.

Transfers between accounts are not permitted; changes must occur within the original order.

Third-Party Purchases:

Verify that the attendee’s name aligns with that on the ticket; mismatches may necessitate extra identification at entry.
