FRESH PASTA COOKING CLASS
In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn to prepare one of Italy's most historic and iconic dishes: Ravioli, served with two different sauces.
Together, they will explore how to create delicious Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, and pair it with two distinct sauces:
The class will start with a warm glass of sparkling wine and a small appetizer to welcome everyone, before diving into the fascinating world of flour and eggs. Participants will not only make their own ravioli but will also prepare the accompanying sauces from scratch.
After the class, there will be a relaxed moment of camaraderie, where everyone can enjoy the results of their cooking skills along with a glass of wine. As a sweet finale, a small dessert will be served.
The passionate chefs come from Italy and, although they are true masters in the kitchen, they have yet to master the German language. Therefore, the class will be held in English.
