Meet the Mentor - Maria De Paoli
A financial executive, coach, and psychoanalyst with over 30 years of experience in strategic positions at multinational companies such as Ceras Johnson, Masterfood, Eaton, PPG, and Catalent. Throughout her career, she has led transformative initiatives in Finance, Human Resources, IT, Logistics, and Project Management, including ERP implementations.
Maria holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ, where she developed a notable thesis under the guidance of Gustavo Franco, a former president of the Central Bank. She has MBAs in Finance and Business Management from PUC-RJ and COPPEAD-UFRJ, respectively.
Her background in human development is extensive, with professional coaching certifications from the Brazilian Coaching Institute, European Coaching Association, and International Association of Coaching. As a clinical psychoanalyst, she specializes in adolescent psychoanalysis at UNICAMP and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at PUC-PR, in addition to being a holistic therapist trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

A professional with over 26 years of experience in executive finance positions in renowned multinationals, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills. Throughout his career at major companies such as Kone Elevators, Heineken, MARS, Eaton, Kellogg Brasil, and Kellogg Mexico, Sérgio has led strategic initiatives in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Project Management, ERP Implementations, and the construction management of three manufacturing units.
Certified by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), Sérgio is a dedicated coach and mentor who empowers others and promotes personal and professional development. His leadership approach is characterized by values such as truth, respect, empathy, and compassion, which he cultivates in his interpersonal connections.
