Join the exceptional exhibition – Against All Odds
On January 12, 2025, at 4:30 PM, a unique exhibition titled "Against All Odds" will take place at the castle hill, Jiráskova 133, in Litomyšl.
The exhibition shares a profound autobiographical story about battling alcohol addiction, self-discovery, determination, resilience, hope, and faith in oneself. It is a celebration of the strength of the human spirit, telling the story of a woman who transformed her fate. Attendees are encouraged to explore her journey, draw inspiration, and share their own narratives.
What to Expect?
A video presentation of a personal story that will touch and inspire everyone.
An art exhibition featuring paintings that capture emotions and key moments from the journey of change.
A musical performance by French singer Céline Bossu, whose voice will transport you to another realm.
A discussion with individuals who have experience with addiction, moderated by Leona Hovorková, offering insight into their stories.
Attendance of a special guest and co-exhibitor, the Brno-based artist Jitka Kovaříková.
All of this will be set in a pleasant atmosphere, with refreshments and opportunities to share personal impressions.
There will be no shortage of emotions.
Admission is voluntary, and all proceeds will be donated to the RENADI addiction treatment center.
The project is supported by the Pardubice Region, SAINT-GOBAIN ADFORS, with contributions from the Scout Institute and the Czech Christian Academy.
