Introduction to the Erasmus Plus "YouthPower" initiative, which aims to support participants in boosting their employability and fostering self-love and confidence as part of their personal and professional growth.

7:30 PM

Group Coaching Sessions - participants can select between the following two options:

1) Self-Reflection and Goal Setting: This session provides guided activities for participants to explore their strengths, passions, and areas needing improvement, assisting them in establishing both personal and professional objectives.

2) Building a Positive Self-Image: Participants will learn strategies to combat self-doubt and negative thinking, motivating them to recognize their achievements.
