Event Objective: The aim is to provide a practical introduction to the learning and insight opportunities offered by the pedal car factory simulation, focusing on how simple methods can assist in:
- Observing and analyzing the functionality and effectiveness of processes
- Developing integrated quality within processes
- Systematically identifying and eliminating waste – unnecessary actions
- Aiming for gradual improvements and continuous enhancement through management
- Significantly advancing everyday performance
Location: JTO Lean Learning Center, Koskelontie 19 B, Espoo
Catering: Coffee, tea, and fruits will be provided.
