Join a creative workshop focused on crafting granny square blankets for charity. This hands-on session welcomes individuals of all skill levels, from novices to seasoned crocheters. All necessary supplies will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring their own crochet hooks if desired!
During the summer, workshops were conducted in various libraries across Espoo, where participants learned to create granny squares. The squares were later combined into blankets that were donated to children affected by conflict. The sense of community and the shared mission of creating something meaningful was truly inspiring, and this workshop aims to continue that spirit of collaboration.
The instructor will lead attendees through the process, ensuring each participant learns a valuable new skill while working towards a beautiful final product.
