Xabi Sanchez was born in Bilbao in 1986 and has devoted his life to movement.
Since childhood, he has focused on sports, particularly surfing, which inspired him to pursue a higher degree in physical activity. He then trained in Pilates, biomechanics, motor control, holistic health, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.
In 2013, after exploring various techniques and finding none that resonated with him, he founded his own approach, XST.
His focus is on holistic health, addressing both mental and physical ailments, improving respiratory patterns, managing stress, and functional training. He advocates for how individuals can liberate themselves from limitations by connecting with their true identity.
He believes that rediscovering one's potential is crucial for living a fulfilling life.
Combining the fundamentals of holistic health, Xabi Sanchez and his team will guide participants through an experience to reconnect with their inherent power, leaving them feeling revitalized and complete.
This workshop also aims to counter a conventional lifestyle marked by stress, low motivation, anxiety, and apathy, helping participants find their inner compass and understand the powerful influence they wield over their experiences and surroundings.
