Only 80s and 90s music will be played this time!
The Naked Dance Parties celebrate the human body. They create opportunities to heal shame and dissolve societal norms and ideals of beauty. Participants engage mindfully in an enjoyable atmosphere, dancing, sharing, drinking tea, and more.
A non-sexual space is formed where individuals can feel free to strengthen their body awareness and contribute to normalizing nudity. It is a space filled with acceptance, respect, connection, naturalness, openness, and freedom.
Everyone who is willing to reveal their bare skin and heart is warmly welcomed – those ready to step out of their comfort zone and immerse themselves in a wonderful connection with themselves and others.
Even if someone is on their period, they are encouraged to join and feel comfortable in their own skin: it’s perfectly fine to keep their underwear on during the gathering.
Event Flow:
To ease into the experience, participants will first wrap themselves in a Lunghi or similar cloth and gather in a circle to get acquainted and build trust. Afterward, clothing will be shed, and there will be an opportunity for tea, conversation, and, of course, dancing.

For any questions, feel free to contact via email.

What age groups attend? Participants typically range from early 20s to 60s, and people of all ages enjoy celebrating their bodies together. How is the male-to-female ratio? We strive for a balanced gender representation. Will it be warm enough in the winter spaces? We ensure the rooms are well-heated. If someone feels cold, wearing socks or wrapping oneself up during the event is perfectly acceptable.
